does anybody have experience in setting up Direct Debit Mandates for UK customer payment in GBP?
I can't find any documentation but since the system asks for a IBAN, which we wouldn't have for GBP domestic payments in the uk, all we have is a Sort Code (branch ID) and account number.
Anybody managed to get it working and how?
Can you tell us what particular setup you have done for this already?
Also looking for addtional information around Drect Debit payments / mandates for UK.
Any information will be appreciated.
You can find an overview of the direct debit feature here:
Would be great if you could review those sites and let us know what additional questions you have.
I also required information on UK Direct Debit mandates/payments. The link you provided is mainly telling us about SEPA DD. Do you have anything else for UK DD? As far as I know UK DD mandate generation are not possible from D365. Is this correct?
Hello Saanvi P,
Are you using AX2012 or D365FO?
I am using D365FO
Ok. I move the thread then to the correct forum.
Thank you! Do you want me to start this as a new query?
