While running Download Job - Jobs are shown with Available status that never went into Applied status.
Using Dynamics365 - While running job, job history does show effected rows but when reaching to Download Session page, it shows with Available status. Any hint to fix ?
The form doesn't look like batch jobs. Are these synchronization jobs for retail?
this issue raised on D365.
it is fixed by following steps:
• Delete the existing batch job
• Re-Initialize the Retail Scheduler
• Re-Create the batch job by admin user
• Setting up the re-occurrence level
• Putting the batch job again in Waiting status
i am new in dynamics 365 and i am interested to know about it.. can you tell me few things related to sync job of Pull and Push.
1. Which batch job is required to pull and push the data.
2. what are the setup required to map pull and push job.
if possible please post with screen shot.
Just one question in my mind because I got the same situation when Database is refreshed from some other environment. Do you have refreshed the database from any other environment or it is just stopped working suddenly ??
please run the re-targeting tool once and again try to sync the batch job, hope it will work
I am also facing the same issue after database restoration in D365 Fin&Ops. Any help much highly be appreciated in advance

When you do any kind of copying between environments in Dynamics there are some settings which are copied that are actually wrong for the destination environment. To fix these you need to run a tool called Retail Re provisioning tool (also called Environment re targeting tool).
To make sure that you have the latest version of the tool go to LCS – Asset Library. Go to Software Deploy able Packages – Import and Select the latest Environment Re provisioning tool.
