Excel integration is available in all our environments (TEST, UAT, data migration, etc.)
However, since we deployed environment for production, the Excel integration is not available for selection.
On the menu under the "office" icon, I can see the "Export to Excel" options, but not "Open in Excel" options.
This is consistent EVERYWHERE
any thought what would make it unavailable only on the production environment?
Hi Zvika Rimalt,
Try to go to System administration -> Setup -> Office app parameters and click "initialize" on each tab.
If the suggestion from Ievgen is not sufficient, you can also go to the Data Management > Framework parameters. Then on the tab Entity settings, you can refresh the entity list.
