I face up an issue during transaction validation, I found shift and transaction which is causing this problem, and it indeed have validation status error.
Error: Retail Transaction discount amount (0.15) is not equal to sum of Transaction Lines' discount (0.15)
We never had issue like this before so any help will be greatly appreciated :)
It can be caused by an amount which is not rounded on 2 decimals. The client will show 0.15, but internally it might be like 0.14896
Do you know where can I find an oporom to change this roundings ?
What do you mean with an 'oporom'? The retail tranactions are quite hidden as background tables. If you need to verify or correct the roundings, you can actually create a runnable class.
Were you find out the issue, we are facing similar problem.
"Retail Transaction discount amount (53.00) is not equal to sum of Transaction Lines' discount (53.00)"
