I have below approach to integrate D365 with third-party apps. What is the pros and cons of each one. Which is the best method.
My requirement is Data flow from various e-commerce apps like Amazon, WayFair etc., Some vendors have FTP also. Some vendor give 100 sales order per day. Some will give 1000 SO per day.

Documentation linked in above reply should help you to choose best tool/ approch for doing integration. Do you have specific questions in mind ?
For FTP , you have to use custom code to download files from there so that your integration can use those.
