Please can someone assist. I need to add/ edit alerts for a client. However each time i try this for the past couple of days the system gets stuck in this state.
We have tried resetting batch jobs and tried to stop and start the environment again and none of these things seem to work.
Which exact version are you running? Is it a cloud or on-premise environment? Did you look at monitoring data to find out what is actually being used at this moment and did you monitor for possible database blocks?
Thanks for the reply. It is a cloud based system. but no i havnt done that, this is actually the first time it is happening so it took me by surprise.
So, please take a look at the environment monitoring on LCS once you have this issue. There might be some long running queries or database locks. Then you can find out the cause or probably you can also create a support incident for Microsoft Support.
