Recently, We opened a support request with Microsoft, related to Microsoft Unified Operations App.
However, We are having an issue in approve Purchase orders through Microsoft Unified Operations App, our Purchase orders are available for approval just for some seconds then it disappears without our action.
On browser, this problem does not happen.
Would you mind to help us to solve this problem?
Does this happen for all users and all workflow types? Are you on the latest update from Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations?
This problem happens just for purchase order workflow, we've tested purchase requisition approval and its working well.
We've tested this procedure on IOS and Android and both face the same problem as well will all users.
Our environment is on 28 plataform version.
When the PO approval disappear, do you get any warning? If you reopen the app, are they visible again for some seconds? There is no auto approval step defined?
When I started the application again all purchase orders show up and then when I select one it opens for some seconds and disappears again, I don't even have time to analyze P.O details.
We don't have any automatic steps on our workflow and it's working well on the browser.
I opened a service request but Microsoft cannot solve yet.
I haven't seen this behavior myself, so don't know about a possible culprit. Can you update this question once you have some feedback from Microsoft Support?
We are still working together with Microsoft Support.
However, we are using an application called Fiddler to trace all communications between my smartphone (iOS) and D365 while I am trying to approve a purchase order on Microsoft Unified Operations app.
As soon as possible I will update this post with the solution.
