is there any way where we can come to know how many journals, purchase orders, invoice journals, payment journals, sales orders posted by each end user per day?
With some development it is definitely possible - doesn't sound like too much of a task. I don't know whether there is some standard MS functionality for this purpose.
There is no standard report that gives you this information.
Based on your requirement you can, however, leverage Power BI and see if you can identify and analyze the data that you are looking for.
If you cannot make this work in PowerBI you can configure an electronic report, which works out of the box without development.
If it would be related to financial transactions only, you can use the Audit trail inquiry form to see what is posted. Otherwise as stated above, it requires additional work.
