We have to delete some address records from a couple of vendors due to incorrect information (which is blocking invoicing), and it seems like it is possible to do so by operating through Table Browser Caller. We managed to delete the selected records in dev-test environment but we cannot do it in other test environments, see below how "Save", "New" and "Delete" buttons are not available:
I was wondering if this has to do with environment's property since we're currently System Admin in dev test and every other test environment, but dev-test is owned by our company whereas test environments are owned by client. Is that so? Or should we rather look for certain duties/privileges?
Thank you so much
Add and delete (table browser) is not allowed in two tier environments you can do only your dev box. Can't you remove unwanted records from the UI? other option would be to do it from SQL itself.
Thank you Ajit!
No, unfortunately we cannot do it by UI. I'll see what we can do about it, thanks for the insights!
