As far as I remember there are some videos available on the AXUG website that deal with those setups and costing questions.
It is difficult to answer your question in a couple of sentences as there are multiple ways how you can make those setups.
A good way to see and understand how the setup can be made is by having a look at the standard MS contoso environments.
Just open the USMF demo company, create a new production order and then post it.
After each posting step, have a look at the vouchers generated and check their posting types to see how and when those accounts are used.
Thank you Satish, I see suggested postings for materials, I also needed the labor related posting suggestions and explanations.
As Dr. Ludwig mentioned, try to post orders in demo company. It's difficult to find summary of all the tabs that you posted. Try searching it one by one and see if someone may have written a blog post around it.
