My user is an Administrator, but I can't open the folder where the arrow is pointing (screenshot 1).
When I right-click on my name>Modify, I can't change the Designer to anything else; because the drop-down box wouldn't open and the Designer is greyed-out. Screenshot 2.
Does anyone know why I can't open the folder? I would think with the Administrator right, I have full access to MR. Thanks.
try refreshing cache objects and restart MR service
also confirm your access in D365FO
I have Refresh Cached Financial Data, but I have not restart MR service. Where do I go to restart the MR service? Thanks, Rahul.
To me it looks as if there is no report moved into this folder, i.e. the folder seems to be empty.
Have you tried dragging and dropping the reports in the financial report designer console?
Ludwig, you are right! You have good eyes. The folder is empty :-)
If there is nothing else left open for this thread then please verify the answer provided to get this one closed.
