Can anyone tell me if this area of the system is still actively being developed or should we be looking at something else like field service.
I have setup service management to the point that I can create and process service agreements / service orders (linked to projects) and generate activities.
I've created a dispatch team and added workers to it (with the same calendar) but I cannot see any activities nor do any of the workers have any assignments (even though I know they do).
Is there any comprehensive setup guides for this part of the module - MS Docs is pretty light and doesn't go into too much detail.
I noticed that I do not have the 'Dispatching' tab on my service management parameters form which seems odd....maybe we have something missing in our system config or is this a sign that this feature is to be deprecated?
