I have configured Powerbi with D365FO using the following link
I have Pro license for power bi,i created a report and publish and then added in workspace (D365 FO) using power bi control its working fine.
But one of my colleague also using the same machine with his own credentials but he's getting some error while viewing the report.
I have shared the power bi report with the other person in power bi online but he is not an PowerBi Pro user.
Its clearly saying PowerBINotLicensedException , just check whether your colleague assigned with proper Power BI license. How ever worth reading through this post : community.powerbi.com/.../865103
Hope this will help,

Your colleagues need a power BI pro license.
Hi Sukrut,Thanks for the reply
Actually i need to share the power bi report to all users in our environment whether we need to get Pro license for all users?
You mean for using power BI report in D365 F&O? If yes then we don't need any separate license for that.
If user is D365 user and PowerBI report is shared to view from D365 then no licence is require.
Two questions based on the information that you provided:1. When you say workspaces, are you referring to PowerBI app workspaces or D365 F&O workspaces?2. Also, have you shared the PowerBI report with your colleague through PowerBI.com after hosting the report in the PowerBI App workspace?
If you are viewing the PowerBI report in D365 F&O then there is no need for an additional PowerBI pro license. You can view the data in D365 F&O workspace itself.
If the idea is to create a PowerBI report in F&O and later edit it and share it with another user through a PowerBI workspace then yes, you need an additional PowerBI Pro license.
Thanks,Navneeth Nagrajan | Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
1. Its D365 F&O Workspace.
2. Yes I shared my report through PowerBI.com.
Yes i can able to view the report in D365 f&O Workspace,I have two questions
1.If i need to share my report from PowerBi.com to my colleague whether i need pro license ?
2.If my colleague is not a pro user whether he can able to view the report in PowerBi Workspace or in D365F&O Workspace?
Hello Vignesh,1.If i need to share my report from PowerBi.com to my colleague whether i need pro license ?A] If you share a report with a colleague then yes you will need a PowerBI Pro license. If you don't have a Pro license, then PowerBI.com will prompt you with a message that states upgrade to a Pro account.
2.If my colleague is not a pro user whether he can able to view the report in PowerBi Workspace or in D365F&O Workspace?A] If your colleague is not a Pro user then he needs to be a D365 F&O user to be able to view the PowerBI report in D365 F&O. In F&O, your colleague has to exist as an user.
Hi Navneeth Nagrajan,
Yes,He is an D365 F& O user but he is getting some error "PowerBINotLicensedException" while opening the D365 F& O workspace form.
