I successfully applied for the trial license of the product
And according to the guidance on the website, the relevant configuration is carried out
The authority platform shows that the account is available
But every time you log in to the PC or glasses client of the product, it will show that you need to register the product
So I cannot login in and cannot do anything.
I heard that the customer service personnel said that the trial license of the product could not be used in China. Is this true

Hi Pharell - the Guides app can be installed on instances created in APAC region. If you were able to install Dynamics 365 Guides solution on your instance and were able to assign Guides licenses to users, then it is available to you and should work fine.
I think you might have incompatible versions between D365 solution and PC/HL app. I would recommend you install PC and HL app version 301.1910.24001 and update the Dynamics 365 Guides solution to version 300.0.1.115. These are the latest versions as per our last release on Oct 29, 2019.

I checked the version
The version of the PC client is the version you described
Dynamics 365 Guides solution version is 300.0.1.115
The problem still exists. From the login situation, it should be related to permissions
The last execution phase of the login process is the loading instance
The dialog box will pop up soon after that
Due to network problems, part of the data is filtered, resulting in unable to log in，It's OK now
