Hi, I facing a problem cannot find the Dynamic 365 guide solution under selection list. Could anyone help to figure out the problem?
I believe you need to have Guides subscription or trial activated for the solution to show up in the instance manager. Hopefully this documentation will help:
Hey lewisleeheng1337 - were you able to resolve this issue?
If not, we could try and help you with a forced sync of the solutions list. Could you please open a support ticket here:
Thank you for your replied, let me tried to submit ticket to CRM Support to request forced sync of the solution list.
Will keep you post on new update.

Thanks for reaching out lewisleeheng1337 - I opened a ticket to investigate internally. Will get back to you shortly. Please feel free to open a Support ticket as well at the link provided in previous post. I suspect this is an issue with the platform itself.
Hi lewisleeheng1337 - it appears that the Dynamics platform has renamed the "Manage Solutions" option to "Manage D365 apps". Please select the option that you see and proceed the same way through the steps as described in documentation. We will update the screenshots in our documentation to reflect this as well.
