I have a problem to load videos into Dynamics Guides (PC-App). The Videos are not long (< 1 Min) and have a size of 30MB. I have recorded the videos with iPhone and i have cutted it with Video-Editor. The File-Name ist short and it is stored at the Cloud (OneDrive)
How can I solve the Problem to load Videos with the Guides App. I need the videos in the step by step advises.
Thanks a lot for answers.
What is the error you are getting?
This is how you add video to the guide: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-steps-assign-media
Can you confirm that you completed this step in the setup process: docs.microsoft.com/.../setup-step-two
Can you describe more what about the problem and what is actually you are facing ?
Have you uploaded the video but don't see it ? - Currently, when you upload content, the app doesn't automatically scroll to the place in the library where the content is uploaded. To find the content, go to the library on the right side of the page, and select the appropriate tab (3D parts, Images, Actions, Videos, or 3D toolkit). If any errors occurred during upload, the PC app shows notifications in the title bar.
Hi thanks, Problem is solved. Maximum allowed size was to small.
Wow, thank you for the topic, pal. The only solution I found is here! I had to cut the video into pieces before to load them. But even this task was not the easiest. :) I downloaded several video editors, and at the end of the editing process I found out that I can't get rid of the watermarks. By good fortune, I discovered Fastreel https://fastreel.com/ which doesn't have any. It's an online video editor with great tools and it's free.
thanks for this video guide
