Do you know if a guides subscription licence is required for the role of a trainee, i.e, someone viewing the content. Not the creator, which of course I do need a licence.
thanks for any help
At this time, in the Guides ecosystem all users require a specific license assigned to their profile whether a "author" or an "operator" (i.e. your trainee).
Hi Adrian, Ken gave you the correct answer: the trainee needs a Guides license. In Guides terminology, the trainee is an operator and the creator is an author. If you have different or additional licensing needs, I would reach out to your Microsoft account rep and they can work with you to meet your needs.
