It's been discussed earlier in the same forum, many said to try a trick to install Marketing app as like here but it's no more working, someone please suggest to overcome from below error.
Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization.

Production instances of Dynamics for Marketing absolutely can run on an existing Dynamics 365 instance or a new instance as per docs.microsoft.com/.../purchase-setup . It is your choice and you are not forced to start a new instance.
However, trials cannot run on a production environment; they must run on a trial instance of Dynamics (see docs.microsoft.com/.../purchase-setup ).
The error message 'Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization.' is a known issue from the above logic.

There is a new concierge process being deployed in all regions and the Marketing trials won't be available for direct download. Currently this process is in place in the NAM and CAN regions. During the deployment there was a bug in all regions that was causing the issue described above. This issue should be fixed now and if you are in a region outside of NAM or CAN, you should be able to download a trial without encountering this error. If you are in NAM or CAN, you will need to fill out the form here and someone will contact you back to help guide you to get a trial.

Hi Megan, I filled the form twice but I didn't get any response from any support team, it'd be great if someone help to setup Marketing App on Trails either NAM or CAN as am here.
I'm outside of those regions and i'm still getting the same error when trying to provision a trial.
Please advise if the process is still underway to fix the Marketing App? or what I can do to resolve this.

You would need to make sure that your browser language is set locally in order to get the correct download.
