I’m testing the Dynamics 365 for Marketing module on a trial, but I am having problems setting the Customer Journeys to "Live". I check for errors on the design page and it says the journey is ok, but when I click on the "Go live" button, it changes its status to "Going Live" but gets stuck in that status. At the beginning I thought it could take more time since I'm working on a trial environment, but it has been 4 days since I ordered the journey to go live and it doesn't change. I tried with several Customer Journeys, some of them really basic (just a segment and an email) and it’s always the same, they remain as "Going Live" forever.
Does anyone know what could be happening?
My version is 9.1.0000.5431, I tested several customer journeys with a segment and an email, not reproduce the issue.
Have you updated your marketing application in D365 admin center? If not, you could try it.
Some of issue would be resolved with update.
Hi Clofly Mao,
My version of Dynamics 365 instance is the 9.1.0000.5623 so it should not be that. I also checked and there are no updates available, so it should be some other thing.
Here are my steps of building a customer journey in demo:
1. Create some contacts manually and then create a segment to filter them out.
2. Create a email from email template and make it go live.
3. Create a simple customer journey and add previous entities as tiles.
Have you ever added any customization in the process of creating a segment? I tested in a pure environment.
If issue still exists, you may need to create a ticket for support.
I don’t have any customization in this environment, I created it precisely to try and explore the default behaviour of the marketing module.
I think I will try to create a ticket for support.
Thanks for your help!
