Our communication dept. sends a daily email. Starting 7/19 the data is no longer collected for the Insight. The email shows going to a list of 28k recipients. I received the email. However the contacts in the journey show 0. I am assuming this is why there is no data for the insight. This has been working for a year or more but suddenly stopped working. Any thoughts on why this suddenly stopped working?
I’d like to confirm some points about your issue.
If yes, could you please provide more information about the journey, for example, the Start/ End date and time, if the email has been set Expiration in the journey or some screenshots about the journey.

I am referring to the insights of the customer journey and Yes to your second question.
Both journeys the expiration is set to disabled
There seems to be nothing wrong with the customer journey.
I cannot reproduce it and no one has offered the same feedback so far.(Only a similar one can be referred to:(+) Customer journey: Create a lead from a static subscription list - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum)
It is recommended to raise a ticket to MS for further help.
