Hi all, another random question as I continue to get to grips with PSA!
Is there any functionality for filtering the schedule type by booking status? For example, is there any way I can force other users to use a schedule board where all bookings with booking status of "Proposed" do not show? Or are there any other sneaky ways I could make this happen?
Interesting although the general idea of the Schedule Board is to SHOW Bookable Resource Bookings to make a scheduler's life simpler and not hide them. In any case I want to say I believe this can't be accomplished (I'm thinking the Booking Template can't be hidden based on a Booking Status value) but I have to admit that I'm not 100 % certain on this one. DG FieldOne if you catch this, can you comment, please?
Correct. This sounds more like a report. Perhaps you can create a bookable resource booking view using editable grid control and group by resource and filter by status?
Couple of screen captures for Michael Searle based on Dan's suggestion.
Thanks for the replies and the thoughtful responses. I'll have a think about the alternate view for resource bookings, it's a good idea that hadn't come to mind!
