I have add a connection/ relation from Task and Appointment to Schedule board -> going to Resource Scheduling -> Administration ->Enable Resource Scheduling for Entities. After that, Book icon show on Task and Appointment ribbon. I can do Scheduled a new record, but even if I try to hard book this entry doesn't show in Bookings and Tasks.
The question is "How I can copy my Task or Appointment from activities to PSA Scheduled Board?" The reason why I try to do that is to user have one place to check his "to do".
Hi Krzysztof Skrzypiński. Bookings & Tasks is an incomplete feature of PSA and its functionality is thus limited. Bookings & Tasks only shows Bookable Resource Bookings for Projects and those Project Tasks to which a Resource has been attached to on a WBS. Not sure if you can use it for other entities - worth the shot by creating the necessary relationships between entities. At least OOTB it doesn't work with Work Orders but I've not tried it beyond that.
The photo below illustrates what is seen on a user's B&T view whan a user is both a) booked for a Project (Bookable Resource Booking exists) and b) assigned as a Resource on a Project's Task.
