We are currently trying to migrate our existing orders and projects from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics PSA. We found that on the order page we can change the Form to 'Project Information' and it shows the PSA version of orders (Project Contracts). However when we try to edit and save anything on that for we get the following error message:
Try finding Contracting Unit field on 'Project Information' form and make sure it has a correct value. The Contracting Unit on the project and on the contract should be the same.
You must have good understanding of organisational/contracting units, currencies and PSA price list and many other entities and relationships to import data to Dynamics PSA.
I hope I have pointed you in the right direction.
