I am trying to create a time entry on completion of an Appointment in CRM.
1. Tried to create it from a workflow - TE record is created by not able to edit.
2. Tried with MS Flow - Unable to assign bookable resource to a TE from Appointments owner.
Please suggest me best option to create a TE on completion of an appointment.
I think we "should" be able to create a TE record both with a workflow and with Flow. I would leave the TE record in draft and then let a user whose entry it is submit the record.
Yes Antti, I am able to create a TE on completion of an Appointment using MS flow.
