Hi, hope someone can help me. I noticed that since last week all Project Contracts that I create by Closing a Quote as won are in Status = submitted and read only. This has not been occuring before. There have been no customization done in the System.
Does anyone have an idea what caused this? I Need the contracts editable and in Active state.
there is nothing OOB. you can write an on demand work flow for the same.
Thank you for your Response, but I think my Question was not understood. this is a new Installation and Nothing was customized. But something is causing the contracts to be in submitted Status when they are being generated from a Quote. When i run the same Scenario in another envionment, I dont get the same results. Both Systems are installs without customization.
Jessica, if you have a vanilla instance behaving like this, then opening a Support Request would be the way moving forward. Is the entity correctly displaying the PSA Order form and not the core CE one?
