I have created a project and project contract lines in PSA 3.3.
In Project contract lines, Imported lines from Project and update the Rate per hour. as shown in below image.
When i submit and approved the Time Entry for the project. Still in actual it is taking price from the Price list, not from project contract line details.
If you have made the contract and then changed the price then it will not pick up.
So first change the price in the project price list --> Role Prices and then create the contract lines.
It will then pick up. else.
I had to delete and recreate the contract many a times to make it work.
Thanks Kuldeep for your help,
I have created a Project Contract and then add Price List into it.
Then I have added a custom Project Price list from main price list for this contract.
Now, as per process, if I have to modify the Role price, then I can achieve this by using edit price, but edit price can change into only in %age E.g: $200 I want to reduce it to $100 then I have to enter 50.
The real problem is if I want to +/- the real price from $200 to $95 or $245. Then I have to calculate first reduce in %age and then enter that %age to change role price. Which is not a user friendly process to override role price for the project.
Please let me know, do we have any alternate option.
