Is there a way to book certain number of hours per day without having to enter for every single day in the time period.
Currently when we use book function on the schedule board and say 80 hours/month and distribute evenly, it ends up putting 18.72 per week etc. I just want to book 4hrs per day every working day of the week. Is there an easy way to do this ?
The only way is to calculate the no of working days in the month and then multiply it by 4 and then put it in no of hours and hit distribute evenly button.
i know this is the manual approach, but, there is no other approach than this.
When resourcing needs are something besides evenly distributed or front loaded, manual work is pretty much needed. When you're creating a Resource Requirement on Project Team, use Specify Pattern to change the contour of the Resource Requirement.
