I am trying to create a Gantt chart that has lines that appear or don't based on certain condition.
When the project is initialized and throughout the project, there will be certain questions/ fields that will need to be answered (basic yes/no) and that will define what tasks are being used or not.
For instance, I could have a question "Lease?" and if the answer is yes, than I will have tasks A, B, and C in my chart, whereas if it's no, I will have tasks D, E, and F.
Would that be possible? What is the best way to go about this?
You need to use plugins for it.
Or you could create project templates with project tasks in them for all combinations of answers to your questions and the user would select the template from the pre-created list on project creation.
I hope it helps.
Hi Jeanne, has it answered your question? Many thanks, Matthew
