I have a use case where I want to use Flow to create a Planner Task in Teams for each Resource Allocation in PSA. I will manually set up a team and a single Planner in Teams and link teh Group back to the Project in PSA.
My issue is finding the correct Team / Group for a Project. Does anyone know where the link from the Project to the Team is stored? Where is this link stored?
I have found this. Maybe it will help:
I think that the group is not stored as a record in CE but in Office.
If it is on SharePoint, Azure or in CDS you may be able to add one of these lists as a virtual entity in CE PSA..
@Antti Pajunen has written several blog posts on using flow to move data to and from CE PSA.
You may want to look at these:
I hope it will help.
Many thanks Matthew - I had a further look after my post and found that I couldn't access the data in CDS -as you say. So I'll see whether I can do it via the API. Much appreciated. Danny
