We'd like to incorporate more of a "Go/No-go" process/template into the opportunity decision making as opposed to the Boolean option in the Opportunity field (i.e. flesh out the process more). Has anyone tried this or have suggestions on how we could incorporate a "Go/No-go" process into the opportunity sales process?

You can add a field Approval (go / no-go) as a required field in your BPF's step.
