We are currently using PeopleHR to record Holidays/Vacations. I'd like to export an Excel file from PeopleHR and import into PSA so we know when the relevant people are on Vaction.
Has anyone achieved this or could provide any guidance?
Darren Gittler from Microsoft has published an article on managing time off in Field Service (and Project Service as well). It seems like a better solution that standard Time off feature. https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/365teamblog/posts/block-time-off-for-resources-on-the-schedule-board-without-changing-the-working-hours.
