I have a question on behalf of one of the customers. For some adoption reason and given the time to scale up to the new system, we don't want to upgrade to PSA v3 until April 2020. But, Microsoft says that we "must upgrade" by Feb 2020.
I understand that the support for PSA v2 and older will end. However, is it possuble that we still continue to work on the same for another 2 months and upgrade in April? I'm hoping Microsoft will not force us to upgrade.
The reason is that it's the customer's peak season and won't be ready to upgrade until April 2020.

MS has confirmed that the upgrade will not be forced.
confirmation came in from Russell
With this, we can be assured that the update won't happen forcefully but will only have lack of support from Microsoft.
Appreciate your help on this.
