So we have multiple flows for creating Sharepoint folders and document locations that are triggered by either Create or Update of a CDS record. We had an earlier version that was flawed and it would not work correctly with a sub flow, so we created a new one and deleted the old one.
The problem now is that the old flow is still running, and it's causing us problems. I've tried going thru all flows, trying to find the one where it triggers. Ive check 'my flows', 'team flows', our solutions and even gone thru the resources on environments in the admin center. I cant find the old flow. It should be the one that is deleted, because the document location it creates has the description defined in the old flow.
Is there any way get the log of what flows have been running? and is there a way to permanently delete the old flow?
Ideally i Believe you can get the logs for the one which shows up on flows list , however if you want to be sure that it is the old flow which no more exist in the CRM , I would recommend raising ticket with MS since we can look this up through Telemetry
I have created a ticket with MS, they are currently working on it but, but its taking some time. I've tried Powershell to get all flows as admin, but that still did not give me the flow.
Found a Sub flow that the deleted flow is running, Is it possible to find the flow that is triggering this sub flow? also notified support about this, hoping this will help speed things up.
Issue was resolved by MS Support.
Hi, do you know how the issue was resolved? I'm having the same issue. Do I need to raise a ticket as well?
