When in Quotes in D365, under 'Quote lines'
Where do i change the wording of the '+ Add New Quote Line' link/button
I couldn't find anything on any form.
Thank you for contacting Community forums.
The name of the button available in the interface is a label.
You have two ways to change it, or maybe more than two, please find them out below:
1. The preferred way of making this change for most of our customers is using a third party tool called Ribbon Workbench
2. You can edit the label of the button in your customizations.xml as we do support it.
For the first option you need to create a new solution and bring the entity associated with the subgrid, you don't need everything, just the entity without the forms, fields, etc will be enough for this step
Once you had completed the step above you need to make sure you have the latest version of Ribbon Workbench in your organization and once imported in the Settings->Solutions you should see after refresh with Ctrl+F5 the button associated with it
Click on the button and select the solution you created and open it in the third party tool, in there in the second half of the tool in the middle of the page you have the option to select the entity, make sure you have the right entity selected, and look up to the sections on the first half of the page, you should have one for subgrid, in that one try to find out your button and edit its label, once completed save and publish.
After the publish has been completed go ahead and refresh your main entity page with Ctrl+F5, at this point you should see the changes.
Keep in mind, because this is going to introduce an active layer on top, I would recommend having the change in Dev and transferring it out with the solution in the other environments.
