Currently when I'm using Remote Assist to call a client on Microsoft Teams from the HoloLens, opening another app will automatically deactivate the annotation function (also for the client on Microsoft Teams).
I wonder if there is a possible way that my client can add arrows and draw things while another app is running on the HoloLens during a call? It would be great if the client is able to make annotations to the running app. have a wonderful day!
What you are experiencing is by design. When using other applications while in a Remote Assist call, priority of features is given to the other application in use. Once you return to Remote Assist, both you and your contact will be able to make annotations.
