At some point in my efforts to get it work I could successfully select the environment, but then still the loading never stopped, and I basically ended up with an empty Dynamics pane like in the screenshot.
And yes I have a booking assigned to me today; previously I didn't and the pane also confirmed that I didn't have any bookings…
What am I missing here?
Our team is actively investigating this issue. We would sure appreciate it if you could let us know if you experience any different behavior or if the bookings do load at any point for you.

Hi Sheri - sorry for the late follow-up.
Until now I've never seen any bookings being displayed.
I only had once an initial situation where there was message saying that don't have any bookings - which was indeed the case. After having created the booking, the message didn't appear anymore, which is good, but no bookings are displayed, nothing actually, no errors, really nothing. I'd at least expect something to be displayed.
Are there any specific steps you recommend I follow to be absolutely sure that I'm everything correctly?

There are no activities in the timeline for the affected bookings.
