I am currently trying to Install RSSU on my local device and althougg the rssu has been installed, the RealTimeServiceCheck and AsyncClient connection test are failing. The result of the smoke bomb rest is as follows:

1. The screenshot you pasted contains a link to the log file - did you look there for warnings/errors?
2. Look into event viewer under Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-LoggingProvider (there are few sublogs there like Operational, Admin, …) - look for warnings/errors there
3. Look into the Retail Server's log under Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer->Operational, there might be warnings/errors explaining what went wrong
Thanks for the reply, checked into the event viewer logs and got the error that there is no user present in Operations for the Client Id, but the client Id is created on azure, how can i assign a user to that?
