I have a client that wants to be able to view the customer account notes that get created in the back end Customer Service section from within the Point of Sale system. I did explain the attributes as a possible workaround, but that isn't sufficient for them. They want to use and see the Customer Notes from the Customer Service section and see those in the MPOS system.
I'm still fairly new to Dynamics so I'm looking for ideas on the best way to accomplish that.
