i am facing the retail printed receipt alignment issue, the left margin having empty space and is not aligning in center. I am using EPSON TM-T88V Receipt with windows driver.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
I have seen this a few times, and always switched to OPOS. That seams to help.
Is ther any solution to use windows driver.
By default Windows printing has alignment issue, it can only be fixed by customization.
You can use OPOS or either Customize to reset the margin alignment to zero.
The same problem was in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Are you sure its still in Microsoft dynamics 365 retail.
I asked with microsoft service center guy he was saying there is no issue but its is in dynamics 365 retail.
Can you please confirm OPOS support arabic receipt.
Unfortunately the Answer is Yes, it's still the same in D365.
In upcoming updates, windows printing sample will be added to Retail SDK.
OPOS doesn't support Arabic printing.
