We are trying to use the customer account receipt to print a receipt that will have no value on it. It is a specific requirement of the customer that a receipt is required but must show no value. We have created the customer receipt using the designer and added the lines that we want to it but when it is printed the lines do not appear, only the header and footer information. Anyone come across this issue before? We are fully CPOS on retail and on version 10.0.4.
You can log a new service request to double check it with support team. Maybe this is a bug.
'Customer account receipt' - is it your custom receipt type (CustomReceipt1, 2, etc.) or are you using any standard receipt type?
