I faced issue while activate cloud POS during step 3
What is the solutions please ??
Have you can active MPOS? Is there any failed retail server log for it?
No, I try to activate MPOS and no failed
Just do a full sync to store DB and try again activating it.
I did full sync but status stop by available
This is should be a sync issue, have you ever run environment reprovisioning tool recently? I suggest you create new support ticket to Microsoft team, they will help you solve this issue next.
Make sure you Batch jobs are running in order to make those setups applied.
I solved this issue by adding my user name in admin role in life cycle
but i faced another issueAlthough i published the channel successfully from channel category and product attributes and configuration status is completed
