I am starting to run workshops with key stakeholders to develop requirements and scope for implementing Microsoft D CRM. I am wanting to use out of the box "vanilla" features, functionality and processes as we have a fairly immature sales team who are currently using spreadsheets and have low/no documented processes.
I am looking for a matrix or template that lists MD CRM features, processes and functionality with a clear description of what each component is and then work with the business to identify their mandatory/nice to have and optional requirements and priorities.
Does anyone know if such a matrix or template exists that could be shared please?
