I want to create a chat service like skype in ax 2012. So how to create a form, on the left hand side online contact will show and on the right side massage will appear. Pls help me how to create form for that.
I will not repeat what was said in this post, community.dynamics.com/.../260012
But instead I will give you some hints to how to do this in AX.
You can get the list of users in AX from the UserInfo table, and the users that are online from SysClientSessions.
Then you could make a New table for your messages, and have the form show them.
And simply use the setTimeOut function on the Form to handle the updating of the lists.
If you want something like Skype, I suggest you use Skype instead of developing new Skype by yourself.
Note that AX supports integration with such applications.
