I recently set up a Voice of the customer survey with NPC to track customer satisfaction.
Now I would like to notify the owner of the contact (available in a field assigned to the contact the survey was sent to) if the response has an NPC rating of 6 or lower. Ideally, the survey responses would also be included in the email.
Is there any way to set this up via workflow or other?
Did you ever get an answer on this? I have a similar requirement and so far the best I can do is to use Response Routing to notify a specific user. I would much prefer to send to a dynamic field like contact record owner. I am hoping perhaps you found a way to trigger a workflow that could be used to determine who the recipient of an email should be!?
