I have a problem of accessing dynamics 365 for outlook
What the thing is... user can be able to login into the app, but while they try to access they are getting errors
Even i assign previlege settings and Business managements tabs too
still we can access apps

Hi Aswini,Are you facing issue on Mobile APP or Outlook App. Could you please share some more details with screenshot? Mostly the issues are related to permissions but again it depends upon if it is outlook or mobile app. Recently the mobile app was not working fo ropne of my customer due to the missing read permission on the activity entity. You could try this and see if it works.QHope this helps.
What kind of error do you get? Could you kindly share some details or some screenshots?
Besides, you mentioned Dynamic 365 app for outlook and Dynamics 365 for mobiles in the post title. Do you mean you have the same issue in Dynamic 365 app for outlook and Dynamics 365 for mobiles?
