In Account entity form if we go through the navigation in the blue bar at the top and click Opportunities, it gives you an error that the feature is not available in this version.I have done some quick research and it appears that the way the opportunity regarding is processed on the back end that it doesn't work.
Based on the error message, it is not currently supported to load the editable gris on this associated view (relationship opportunity_customer_account). If you disable the editable grid for opportunity then then it should work.
Hope this helps.
Thank you very much for the mention and for being always alert with the scams that can be found on the Internet, trying to make unscrupulous people do their own and take advantage of the goodwill of others.
Thanks Ravi, yes its working for me.But as I can see here editable grid is disabled here for entire entity, Is there any way i can enable read only option only for associated view (relationship opportunity_customer_account)?
You could try read only grid for the entity and then enable it for the subgrid if that suits your requirement. I don't think you can make readonly just for associated records
Hope this helps
Yes Its working after enabling read only at entity level . Checking how can make associated view only read only, if i will make read only at entity level it will impact on all opportunity grid views, that should not in my case.
I will appreciated your prompt help.
I don't think it is possible to make only associated view read only keeping all other as editable :(. I know you can do other way around ( keeping it as read only and changin it to editable for specific subgrid)
