Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on anything like this but I am losing the will trying to sort this issue!
I am not a "tech" person at all but I am managing to slowly figure out the dynamics system using various tutorials and these forums.
I am trying to achieve a very basic "Goal" whereby I can count the number of phone calls that have been made by a sales person. I have set up the Goal Metric, I have set up the Roll Up Query and then set up the Goal. I can see that the calls are registering and connecting to the Goal itself, and in my Dashboard charts I can see the calls being counted, but, when I click into goals and look at the goals page, the Actual figures for the Actual Calls made will not show up in that main goal screen that gives the overview. Am I missing something elsewhere in the system?
I am starting to build everything from scratch so wondered if there was a key element missing somewhere!
This sounds very frustrating! In order to assist you, it might be helpful to post a few screenshots of the screens you are referring to. What is included in your main goal screen, is that a certain view you are referring to?
