I am using Dynamics 365 Online Version 9 and have been enabling mailboxes for a particular organization. A number of our mailboxes are getting an error code 130. The trace error details read ExchangeSyncGeneralCrmItemSyncError and ExchangeSyncUnknownACTIntergrationError.
Could someone help me identify the cause of this error and suggest some ways to fix it?
This link has a couple of suggestions but the question hasn't been marked as answered so I don't know if its a correct answer. Given that the thread says its permissions related that could explain why only some users see the issue.
The suggested answer from this thread points to a possible conflict with existing security profiles. I've looked into this potential fix but still get errors from users who have been assigned the "System Administrator" security profile. This proves that the scope of this error goes beyond security profiles.
I would love it if Microsoft defined the trace error details: ExchangeSyncUnknownACTIntergrationError
