Anyone else getting this error message? There seems to be a few processes beating each other in the background and therefore presenting me with 'This Lead is Closed'.
'This Lead is Closed' seems to be custom error so must be some other custom process is throwing that. Check if you have any workflow/ plugin running on qualify lead or status change.

Are you sure this is a custom error? If it has a timestamp, correlation ID and error log to download would this not be assumed a system/out of the box error?
I'll check any processes running on Lead Qualify or Status Change in the meantime.
You can throw error from custom plugin & workflow which will have timestamp, correlation id and error log. If you can share the log or a screenshot then we can confirm if this is system or not. Normaly the plugin error says"Business Process Error" with the red mark.

I checked the processes on Lead and there is nothing running on Status Change or Qualification.
I've also logged a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support so will see what comes out of that.
I'm attempting to reproduce the error with no luck.
Will keep you posted on my progress.
If you share the log file then I can check & suggest.
I have resolved the issue by clearing the internet history/cache - steps below.
