Hi to All,
Is it possible to show the MS CRM Reports into Portals...???
my client is asking to see the MS CRM reports into Portals..??
is it possible or not...??
from the last 2 days i did R&D but not getting point, i am confusing to finalize the status
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible.
You could however display charts & lists to create a dashboard. www.youtube.com/watch
You can also embed power BI using the steps mentioned here - 365lyf.com/embed-powerbi-reports-into-microsoft-portal
Or you can wait for October release to embed power bi using simple out of box steps-
Hope this helps.
Can you share more details about your requirements? Which type of report do you want? Power BI or SSRS?
You can refer to the following link.
In my CRM system have SSRS Reports, by using odata i am getting all records into the Portal (using Html, Odata Jquery)
once click on open report it is asking CRM System Login Details....???
If you put the report link directly on your portal, it will only work for CRM users not for portal users.
Portal users do not have permissions and this will cause credential problems.
Hi Y CM,
If you have got the answer to your question then please close the thread by marking the suggestion as helpful/ verified.
You should mark the suggestion which helped yu. This is to help someone looking for the answer to the same questions. If you find the answer yourself, you should add that and marke that as the answer. Verifying "Yes" as an answer will not help anybody :)
Please don't take this otherwise, this is just to help the community.
Hope you understand !
I think you can use CRM reports outside of CRM. Edit CRM report and publish it for external use. after it you can use it in your portal as a normal SSRS report.
Can you please explain to me how you acheived the solution regarding to add reports pdf in portals to display.
No without CRM credential we can't display the SSRS report directly on CRM Portals.
